Learn the tools you need now!

I meet with all of my clients one on one over Zoom, so there is no added anxiety of meeting and sharing as a group. We typically meet once or twice a week for up to an hour. The number of sessions will be determined based on your needs, but usually starts with 12 sessions.

Once you learn the tools, you will be able to understand, reduce, and control your anxiety on your own. You will be able to do the things you want to, even if you still experience anxiety. All of my clients have noticed a significant decrease in anxiety after working with me.
